WonderConnect – Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern your participation in the WonderConnect referral program (“Program”) and form part of WonderConnect’s General Terms and Conditions. By participating, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
Referrer: A current WonderConnect user who shares their referral code or link.
Referred User: A new user who signs up for WonderConnect and makes their first purchase using a referral code or link from a referrer.
Referral Code: A unique code automatically generated for each WonderConnect user. It can be shared multiple times with others but may only be redeemed once per new user.
Wonders: Non-transferable platform credits earned through the WonderConnect referral program or as cashback from eligible purchases. Wonders may only be redeemed on the WonderConnect platform for eligible products and services. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Referrers must have an active WonderConnect account.
2.2 Referred users must be new to WonderConnect and must use the referral code or link during their first purchase.
2.3 Only one account per person is allowed for the purposes of referral tracking.
3. Referral Rewards
3.1 Referrers earn Wonders when referred users successfully activate a Data Package for the first time. The specific reward amount is subject to change and will be clearly displayed in your account or during referral-related communications.
3.2 Wonders are credited to the referrer’s account within 24 hours of the referred user’s successful activation of a Data Package.
3.3 Wonders cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used outside the WonderConnect platform.
3.4 Wonders have no cash value and may only be used toward eligible purchases on the WonderConnect platform, as determined by us.
3.5 Wonders expire 1 year after being credited if unused. This expiry is disclosed at the time of joining the program and through reminder notifications before expiration where feasible.
3.6 You are solely responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to referral rewards under your local jurisdiction.
3A. Cashback Rewards
3A.1 Users may earn cashback in the form of Wonders on eligible eSIM and top-up purchases. The cashback rate is variable and will be clearly displayed in the users account.
3A.2 Cashback Wonders are credited automatically to the user’s Wallet after each qualifying purchase.
3A.3 Cashback-based Wonders are subject to the same usage, expiry, and non-transferability rules as referral-based Wonders.
3A.4 Cashback is calculated based on the net purchase amount in USD, excluding VAT or applied discounts, unless otherwise stated.
4. Restrictions
4.1 Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively. They must be used at checkout by the referred user during their first eligible transaction.
4.2 Each user may redeem only one referral code ever and cannot use their own referral code.
4.3 Only one referral code per transaction is permitted. If a referred user cancels their purchase, WonderConnect may revoke the associated reward.
4.4 Any suspected misuse — including but not limited to:
– creating fake or duplicate accounts
– self-referrals
– publicly posting referral codes on coupon or discount sites
will result in disqualification and loss of all referral rewards.
4.5 WonderConnect reserves the right to review and suspend accounts associated with fraudulent or suspicious behavior at its sole discretion.
5. Data Protection and Consent
5.1 WonderConnect processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other data protection laws applicable to the regions where we operate or offer our services.
5.2 Participation in the referral program is voluntary. By participating, you provide explicit consent for the processing of referral-related personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Users are informed before joining the program about what personal data is used, for what purposes, and how it is stored.
5.4 You may withdraw your consent at any time via your account preferences or by contacting [email protected]
5.5 You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data at any time.
5.6 All personal data is processed securely and used only for program operation, fraud prevention, and compliance.
6. Notifications
6.1 WonderConnect may send you notifications via email, SMS, or push, including:
Transactional notifications, such as referral status, activation confirmation, and data usage updates, which are necessary to operate the program.
Promotional notifications, such as exclusive offers or bonuses, only if you have provided prior opt-in consent, which can be withdrawn at any time via your preferences.
7. Program Changes and Dispute Handling
7.1 WonderConnect may modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time.
7.2 Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7.3 All decisions regarding violations of these Referral Terms are made in good faith.

7.4 You may also escalate unresolved concerns to your local consumer protection authority, where applicable.
8. Governing Law
These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (WonderConnect’s legal domicile), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in the country where you reside (e.g. under EU law).
