Ensure you use the correct codes! Sometimes it's a typo that prevents a successful installation.

For connectivity issues at your destination:

If you have problems connecting to the internet at your destination, never delete the eSIM! Follow these diagnostic steps:

1. Check if the eSIM is on
2. Check if the eSIM is selected as the mobile data line
3. Check if data roaming is enabled for the eSIM
4. Check your APN settings
5. Check if your phone is connected to the supported networks

For most plans, yes - installation doesn't start the validity period, so you can set everything up even weeks before leaving your home country. For some plans, we recommend installing shortly before travel, because the eSIM may connect (and start the validity period) in your home country. After you arrive at the destination, eSIM activation takes just a few taps. You have to enter the phone's settings and enable data roaming for WonderConnect eSIM. If you haven't installed your eSIM prior to your trip, it may take up to 10 minutes, depending on the internet speed. Remember that installation requires a stable internet connection!
