The following models are not eSIM compatible:

• All Samsung Galaxy devices that originate from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• All Galaxy "Fan Edition" (FE), except for Galaxy S23 FE (please note that some versions of S23 FE may still be incompatible).
• US versions of Galaxy S20, S20 FE, S21, Note 20 Ultra, Z Flip 5G, and Z Fold2.
• Most Samsung Galaxy devices purchased in South Korea, except the Galaxy S24, S23, Z Fold5, Z Fold4, Z Flip5, Z Flip4, and A54 5G variants.
